2005 is the year I earned the prestigious CCIM designation.  I became an instructor in 2008.  As a senior instructor, I teach two different courses.  I instruct Commercial Real Estate Financial and Market Analysis. I educate professionals throughout the United States.  My students come from national real estate firms and local brokerages.  They include Fortune 100 companies and the government.  Helping others is important to me.

The North Texas CCIM Chapter elected me the president for the 2010 year. It won the national competition for the top chapter that year.  CCIM awarded me the Leadership Award of Excellence and Rising Star Award. Rotary recognized me for my Service to New Generations in North Texas.  I have received honors from the Dallas Business Journal as a Minority Business Leader.
